What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, project type, budget range, deadline, a reference link and whatever you tell us about the project.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the studio.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the project. That is the whole purpose. We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially relevant and delete them on request.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to the studio inbox through a transactional email provider. Server logs record that an enquiry was received and whether delivery succeeded, never the contents of your message.

Your footage and project files

Material you send us for a project is treated as confidential. We archive project files for twelve months so re-cuts don't mean re-uploading, and we delete them sooner if you ask. We will not use your footage in our portfolio without your explicit permission.
