Terms of
working together

Last updated 8 August 2026.

Scope and quotes

Every project starts with a written scope: the deliverable list, the schedule and the price. A quote is valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins once you have approved it, we never bill for extra work after the fact.

Schedules

Our delivery dates assume footage and feedback arrive when agreed. If material or approvals are late, the schedule moves by the same amount and we will tell you immediately rather than quietly missing the date.

Revisions

Revision rounds are set by your package. A round means one consolidated set of notes, delivered through the review link we send you. Additional rounds are quoted before we start them.

Payment

Project work is 50% on booking and 50% on delivery of the final masters. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Final files are released on receipt of the balance.

Ownership

Full ownership of the finished deliverables transfers to you on final payment. Project files are yours on request at no extra cost. Any third-party licensed material (music, stock, fonts) remains subject to its own licence, and we will always tell you what those are.

Portfolio use

We would like to show the work, but we will not publish anything from your project without your written permission. Tell us it is confidential and it stays confidential indefinitely.

Confidentiality

Anything you send us, footage, scripts, launch dates, unreleased product, is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA.

Liability

Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
